Return and Refund Policy
Panel Design Lab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") has operated the website www.mobelklik.com (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) to facilitate the purchase of goods and services for the customers who use the service (hereinafter referred to as "Service User")
General Terms and Conditions
When the Service User receives goods or services that do not comply with the terms and conditions. Service User can contact the Service Provider to submit a request to return the product or receive a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery or within the period specified in the order details.
Terms and Conditions for Return/Refund
- Service User can submit a request for a return or refund in the following cases.
- The product to be returned must be in perfect condition. It must not have been used and must contain all the elements (labels, packaging, etc.)
- The product is defective, broken, damaged from production or transportation.
- The product does not match the order such as wrong size, color, model, etc.
- The accessories and giveaway are in perfect condition and have not been used.
- Service User is required to take pictures or videos during the delivery of the goods to be used as evidence for submitting a return or refund request.
- Service Provider reserves the right to consider requests for product returns or refunds.
- In case of wrong payment such as specifying an incorrect amount of money or making a duplicate payment, Service User is required to contact Service Provider to correct thepayment transaction.
- Once the refund request has been approved by Service Provider, the transaction will bemade to Service User within the specified period. The Service User is responsible for all fees incurred in the refund process.
Refund Processing time
- Credit Card Refund
- Processing time takes 15-30 days after Service Provider receives complete documentation for the refund. It might take several business days, and maybe up to a week, before a refunded purchase appears on your credit card ledger and affects your card balance.
- Debit Card Refund
- Processing time takes 30-45 days after Service Provider receives complete documentation for the refund. It might take several business days, and maybe up to a week, before a refunded purchase appears on your credit card ledger and affects your card balance.
- Bank Transfer Refund
- Processing time takes 15-30 days after Service Provider receives complete documentation for the refund.
