Panel Design Lab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") has operated the website www.mobelklik.com (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) to facilitate the purchase of goods and services for the customers who use the service (hereinafter referred to as "Service User")

 

Terms and Conditions 

  1. Service User is required to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions before proceeding to use Platform.
  2. Service User is required to acknowledge and accept the privacy policy (https://www.mobelklik.com/privacy-policy) before proceeding to use Platform.
  3. Service User is prohibited from taking any action that is against laws, regulations, announcements and regulations that are currently in effect and that will be revised or added in the future.

Scope of Services

  1. Some information and material in Platform may slightly differ from an actual product. Choosing to trust information is considered to be the responsibility of Service User.
  2. When Service User receives products or services that do not comply with the information or conditions mentioned. Service User can proceed to Return Policy (https://www.mobelklik.com/return-policy)
  3. Service Provider reserves the right to correct information and content on Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Account and Password Security Policy

  1. Service User is required to keep account information and password safe and secure and is responsible for all activities that occur under Service User’s account although Service User who is the account holder does not perform the said activity themselves.
  2. Service User is required to change their password and notify Service Provider immediately when there is a suspicion that Service User's account has been used without permission.
  3. Service Provider reserves the right not to be responsible for damages arising from any activities under Service User's account.

Ordering, Shipping and Payment

  1. Platform has payment channels as follows:
    • Credit card / Debit card (not available)
      The transaction will be processed through the external agency payment channels. Service User is required to specify correct information for confirming payment via credit card / debit card.
    • QR Code Payment
      The QR Code will display Service Provider's account number, order number and order details to prevent errors payment. Service User is required to make a payment within 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
  2. The payment method can be changed before making a payment.
  3. All payment methods will be processed through the Payment Gateway system, which is a payment channel where Service User agrees to pay the service provider before receiving the product.
  4. In the event of an incorrect transaction or encountering a problem, Service Provider reserves the right to consider suspending such transactions to check and confirm their validity or canceling the transaction when the transaction is found to be wrong.
  5. When Service Provider receives a complete payment from Service User, the product will be delivered based on information related to shipping information, tracking number or other details that are saved on Platform.
  6. Service Provider reserves the right not to be responsible for damages arising from delivery information, payment information or other information that Service User records on Platform.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If Service User wishes to request a product return or refund, Service User can proceed as follows Return Policy  (https://www.mobelklik.com/return-policy) whereby Service User must agree to provide deposit account information to Service Provider.
